Don't know if anyone here has eaten any or cooked them but they are really good. We buy them sometimes and I'll cook them up. Just season well, then dip in either flour or cracker meal ( I use a little of both) then fry in oil (not real hot like fish) till brown. Very good but I do make sure they are really cleaned well as some places will leave a little of the 'icky' stuff I call it in because some like it.
