My family tried out this recipe before when my dad caught a few catfish! You can adjust the spices to make it as hot as you want (we didn't want it very hot so we used only a small amount).
Serves 4
Ingredients
* 2 tablespoons canola oil
* 2 teaspoons garlic salt
* 2 teaspoons dried thyme
* 2 teaspoons paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 4 (8 ounce) fillets catfish
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; brush over both sides of fish.
2. Place fish in a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10-13 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Can you put more hot pepper sauce in if you like that stuff without throwing everything else off btw? This sounds absolutely delicious. I'm going to try it.
